Instructions:

  1. Cook chicken with chopped onions, vegetable oil, and honey.
  2. Add carrots, broccoli, green onions, basil, parsley, cumin, honey, and teriyaki sauce to steam 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve over quinoa or brown rice.
